Remembering a Friend: Mother Emanuel 4 Years Later

I met Tywanza Sanders at an open mic comedy night in Charleston, South Carolina in the fall of 2013. It was a Tuesday and it was on the upstairs floor of Joe Pasta, an Italian restaurant at the corner of King Street and John Street that has since been replaced.
